We are proud to announce that the USNA license plates are now available in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Since the plates are issued sequentially, plates may not be personalized and specific class years cannot be requested. USNA plates are restricted to passenger vehicles and trucks of not more than 9,000 lbs. Motorcycles and trailers don't qualify. If your vehicle is leased, you must submit a MVIL signed by the leasing company. Contact your leasing company if your vehicle is leased.
The application forms may not be altered in any manner; however, you may
print/photocopy the application on PINK paper to supply an interested
fellow Alumni with the form.

(Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As..." (Netscape).
NOTE: The form is in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and a special reader is required
to access it. Click here for the free Reader program to view/print the file. You
can then print the form out and mail it in with your self addressed stamped
envelope. Please follow the instructions on this web page carefully.

- Once your completed application has been returned, you may forward the application with the required fee to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles address on the application.
